The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) will be leading a roundtable discussion with parents whose children have faced behavioral and/or mental health needs. ACF is hoping to find how services and information assisted with prevention and intervention, as well as gaps and challenges in program and policies families faced. ACF Assistant Secretary January Contreras will attend to listen and learn from parents.
Within your networks, you can help direct potential participants to this roundtable dialogue. We are hoping to engage parents and caregivers who may offer suggestions for policy and program improvements as well as recommend peer training opportunities.
The roundtable will occur virtually on Zoom October 27th
2:30 pm to 4:00 pm PST.
